A graduate of Scripps College (Oxford University's sister school), I studied Mandarin Chinese and spent 8 years developing my instructional design skills in China. Since 2018, I've focused exclusively on helping clients achieve their learning goals using a blend of authenticity, alignment, and assessment.
I employ instructional design technology tools including AI-enabled content-creator applications to create exciting learning experiences for adult learners.
As a Learning Experience Designer, my work emphasizes the learner experience by designing "hands-on" collaborative and adaptive content, utilizing a Rapid Development Approach to produce prototypes in hours, not days.
