Here's a little about me.

A graduate of Scripps College (Oxford University's sister school), I studied Mandarin Chinese and spent 8 years developing my instructional design skills in China. Since 2018, I've focused exclusively on helping clients achieve their learning goals using a blend of authenticity, alignment, and assessment.

I employ instructional design technology tools including AI-enabled content-creator applications to create exciting learning experiences for adult learners.

As a Learning Experience Designer, my work emphasizes the learner experience by designing "hands-on" collaborative and adaptive content, utilizing a Rapid Development Approach to produce prototypes in hours, not days.

• Extensive Experience in Learning and Development: Over 10 years crafting engaging digital learning experiences across corporate, educational, and military sectors, leading to measurable improvements like a 20% boost in learner performance.

• Multimedia Content Development: Expert in creating interactive multimedia content, including over 800 literacy modules, 180 videos, and 144 e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Audacity, ElevenLabs,Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.  AI tools include Pictochart, Lucid Chart, Vyond, Visily, PowerPoint (AI Enabled), CoPilot, Perplexity AI, Claude, Gemini, Chat GPT, and ZapWorks.
• Blended and Instructor-led eLearning Solutions: Experienced in developing blended learning programs with Agile methodologies, integrating instructor-led and online modules to enhance employee onboarding, professional growth pathways, safety and compliance training, manufacturing protocol, and SaaS software demonstrations. 
• LMS Management and Analytics: Adept at facilitating and overseeing course delivery through systems like Workday, Cornerstone, Canvas, E2, Army Learning LMS (Nemesis), and custom LMS platforms, I continuously analyze learner data to refine programs and improve outcomes. Embedded evaluations and assessments effectively reveal skill gaps that instructors or facilitators can target during training, enhancing training effectiveness, thus ensuring that the activity or learning experience meets the desired learning outcomes.
